Hypnotic Shorts YouTube is a private tool operated by Noor for channels he controls. Its connection client is named Hypnotic Shorts uploader. It is not a public upload service. Only Noor and his authorized operators may use it.

The operator must select the correct channel, hold the rights to the video and audio, review the upload settings and obtain the required content approval before uploading. By using Hypnotic Shorts YouTube, you agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.

Uploads can fail or take time to process. Before repeating a failed action, inspect its saved receipt and the channel's existing videos. The tool does not guarantee publication, distribution or revenue.

The channel owner can stop using the tool and remove its Google access at any time. Uploaded videos and locally stored records must be managed separately, as explained in the Privacy policy.
